Return?

Step 1 - Check
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) within 14 days from the moment of home delivery. Exchanges are not possible. We will refund the amount of your order, after which you can place a new order yourself. The products must be unused and undamaged and provided with all original labels. So do not cut the labels off while trying them on!

Step 2 – Packing
Make sure you have your order number at hand. Then fill in the return slip that is included in your package. In order to get the full purchase price back, it is important that you pack the items in the original packaging together with the return slip, the corresponding order confirmation and any enclosed (free) accessories, maintenance products or products with combination benefits. Without the order confirmation we cannot process your return.

Return Policy for Free Products:
If you decide to return the main item of your order, we will ask you to also return the free product. If the free product is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free product from the refund of your order.

Step 3 – Send
You send the package with the carrier of your choice. Make sure to address it clearly: EF&S, Inzake REEF, Molenveldweg 8, 5953 KT Reuver, The Netherlands. Shipping costs are at your expense .

Step 4 - When will you receive the money back?
You can track the status of your return yourself via the track & trace link of the carrier you selected. It is important to keep this number safe until the package has been received by us. You will not receive an automatic notification from us after we have received your return or refunded the amount. Within 10 working days after receipt of the package, the paid amount will be refunded to the same account with which the payment was made. You can find the refund under Shopify Payments.
