RETURN?
Step 1 - Check If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) within 14 days from the time of home delivery. Exchanges are not possible. We will refund the amount of your order, after which you can place a new order yourself. The products must be returned unused, undamaged and with all original labels. Do not cut off the labels while trying on!
Step 2 - Packing
Please have your order number ready. Then fill out the return slip included in your package. To receive a full refund, it is important that you pack the items in their original packaging together with the return slip, the corresponding order confirmation and any enclosed (free) accessories, care products or products with combination benefits. Without the order confirmation, we cannot process your return. Return policy for free received products: If you decide to return the main item of your order, we ask that you also return the free received product. If the free received product is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value amount of the free product from the refund of your order.
Step 3 - Shipping
You send the package with the carrier of your choice. Make sure to clearly address it to: EF&S, Inzake REEF, Molenveldweg 8, 5953 KT Reuver, The Netherlands. Shipping costs are at your expense.
Step 4 - When will you receive your refund?
You can follow the status of your return shipment via the track & trace link of your chosen carrier. It is important to keep this number until the package is received by us. You will not receive an automatic notification from us after we have received your return or refund. Within 10 business days of receiving the package, the amount paid will be refunded to the same account with which the payment was made. You can find the refund under Mollie Payments.
